With each individual I work with it is my goal to build a strong therapeutic relationship where the client can feel accepted for who they are and experience empathy, genuineness, and the safety needed to explore their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My typical theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also believe that it is necessary, at times, to draw from other orientations and therapies in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.

It takes courage and strength to reach out for help from others and I strive to do my best to ensure that every client receives the individualized care that they are seeking. I look forward to helping and working with each of my clients to reach their goals!

We all experience challenges and struggles. ItÔÇÖs often through those challenges that we can discover our strengths. As a Natchitoches, LA, native, I realized in college that I wanted to help others through whatever challenges they faced.

After receiving my BachelorÔÇÖs degree, I moved to Shreveport for 2 years and gained my MasterÔÇÖs Degree before moving back to my hometown. I feel grateful to provide mental and behavioral health services in the community I love.
