Hi! I am Catherine Faucheaux! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 27 years in the Natchitoches area.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-centered, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore and process their experiences at their own pace. I specialize in trauma focused therapy approaches such as EMDR.
Through EMDR therapy, I facilitate bilateral stimulation, typically through eye movements, to access and reprocess traumatic memories. This process enables clients to achieve resolution and healing, empowering them to move forward in their lives with greater resilience and well-being.
